Experience

Software Engineer - Sarj.ai (Mar 2026 – present, Remote). Led the launch of a new analytics product giving enterprise customers structured insights from their AI voice calls. Scaled the platform's outbound calling system 10× (1,000 → 10,000 calls per batch). Launched the company's public API and developer SDKs. Authored an integration-testing framework for AI voice agents. Cut 14 MB off a core internal tool's load payload.
Software Quality Assurance Intern - Sarj.ai (Jan 2026 – Mar 2026, Remote). Created the company's internal AI-powered testing tool from scratch. Drove platform quality through systematic functional, API, and end-to-end testing. Built and optimized AI voice agents and conversation scenarios for client deployments.
Software Quality Assurance Intern - DKSH Corporate Shared Services Center (Feb 2025 – Aug 2025, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia). Built an AI Test-Case Generator with React and the OpenAI API, cutting test creation time by 60%. Designed and executed 50+ manual test cases. Resolved 10+ CI/CD deployment blockers across Jenkins/Docker pipelines.
